First annual Halloween costume contest presented by WB Parks and Rec committee, Main Street Assoc., & WB Library

• For ages infant-6th grade
• Chili dinner served from 4:00-7:00 open to the public
• Costume contest will be judged at 4:30pm
• infant-1yr, 2-3yr, 4-5yr, 1st & 2nd grade, 3rd & 4th grade, 5th &6th grade, and best family theme & BEST PET COSTUME!
• Trick or Treating to follow from 5:00pm-7:00pm
• *Goodie bags for all children
