West Branch Public Library
The Summer Reading Program Kickoff Party is June 3rd at 6:30 p.m. at the West Branch Library and will feature the Iowa City Drum Circle.
Readers of all ages will travel the globe this summer as the West Branch Public Library presents “One World, Many Stories” during our Summer Reading Program! Children will explore cultures from all over the world through stories, crafts, music, dance, and other activities. The 2011 Summer Reading Program is open to everyone from preschoolers to adults, with programs, prize drawings, storytimes, special events and more. Registration for “One World, Many Stories” begins on May 25th; Summer Reading Program packets will be sent home with all children in Friday folders, and details of the teen and adult programs will be available at the library and online in late May.
The City of West Branch and the West Branch Public Library Staff would like to thank Procter & Gamble for their very generous support which will make this year’s Summer Reading Program possible.
All programs are free of charge.
