| West Branch Community Access Channel 5 can be viewed on both Mediacom and Liberty Communications. The Access Channel 5 center is located in the L.C. and Mabel Rummells Media Room within the West Branch Public Library at 300 North Downey Street. Phone: 319-643-5778. Community Access Channel 5 provides a unique opportunity for people to create their own television. |

| WBCATV-Channel 5 provides free and open access to the technology for expressing diverse viewpoints. If you already have a program and would like to show it on the access channel, fill out a videotape program form (pdf) and leave it with your program at the City Office or the Public Library. |

The facility offers a multi-camera production studio, video editing for both tape and digital formats, and a full array of portable audio visual equipment, including cameras, recorders, and microphones. There is trained staff to help you get started and there is no charge for community members. |
